Bouncingsprout Studio

Built by a founder.

Not a salesperson.

Bouncingsprout Studio exists to help founders build better software, reduce unnecessary risk and launch products without traditional agency costs.

Why I created Bouncingsprout Studio

I created Bouncingsprout Studio around a simple observation.

Launching software has become dramatically cheaper.

Launching the wrong software is still incredibly expensive.

AI has transformed software development, but it hasn't replaced experience, product thinking or good judgement.

The real challenge isn't writing code anymore.

It's deciding what should be built in the first place. That's where I believe founders need the most support.

Why work with me?

I've built and launched my own software product, so I understand the realities of turning an idea into something people actually use.

That means I've experienced the same challenges many founders face—defining an MVP, launching through the app stores, listening to user feedback, improving the product and making difficult decisions about where to invest time and money.

I'm not approaching your project from theory.

I'm approaching it from experience.

My role is to combine modern AI-assisted development with practical product thinking, helping you launch sooner while avoiding expensive mistakes along the way.

What I believe

I believe founders shouldn't need venture capital just to test an idea.

I believe the first version of every product should be as small as possible.

I believe honest advice is more valuable than telling founders what they want to hear.

If I don't think your idea is ready—or I don't believe I'm the right person to help—I'll tell you.

Because building the wrong product quickly is still building the wrong product.

“The Bouncingsprout team combine, unusually, the skills of being highly technical with also being very easy to talk to. They know what you're talking about even when you don't, and they turn it into digital wizardry that works even better than you imagined.”

What guides every project

Reduce Risk

Validate assumptions before investing in development.

Move Fast

Launch sooner, learn from real users and improve with confidence.

Stay Lean

Every feature should earn its place. Simple products are easier to launch, easier to improve and more likely to succeed.

Build What Matters

Focus on solving real problems—not building impressive feature lists.

Still building.

Alongside Bouncingsprout Studio, I continue to build and grow Toiletly, a platform helping people find public toilets when they need them most.

Continuing to build my own product keeps me close to the realities of modern software development—from launching new features and responding to user feedback through to marketing, infrastructure and long-term product growth.

It's the same mindset I bring to every founder I work with.

Every founder starts with a conversation.

If you have an idea you'd like to explore, let's see whether I'm the right person to help.
