Moderators or administrators cannot see reports on the front end, or report links go to 404 error pages

This can sometimes happen when the moderator role has not been correctly applied.

Please deactivate and then reactivate Block, Suspend, Report for BuddyPress. This should reset the moderator role, and they should now be able to see reports.
