Pricing

Free.

Yep. You heard that right. Free.

Now, if you are wondering why, let us explain. The code required to create a popup plugin is ridiculously simple. Yet when we tried to find one in the WordPress plugin library, anything that featured any more than the basics required an eye-watering monthly subscription. So we decided to write our own and offer it to the community.

Will it always be free?

Yes. The version now released, which comes with some of the features you normally have to pay for, such as exit-intent, will always be free. Further down the line, we would like to take the Sayonara project further and offer some niche features to paying customers. And if we do, there will never be an eye-watering monthly subscription. We promise.

Frequently Asked Questions

Have you got a question about Ultimeter? Check out some of the most popular questions and answers below, or head to our support pages for more detailed help.

Yes, for most plugins, we do (and they’re heavily discounted)! When the checkout screen opens you can choose between a range of site options under 'Plan Selected' at the top. If you have any other requirements, please get in touch via our support page.

If you purchased an annual license, then yes, you can still use the plugin in its full capacity even after your licence expires. However, you will no longer be able to receive updates or support for the plugin.

If you purchased a lifetime license then your license will never expire!

Generally yes. All our licences come with an additional one you can use within a development environment, for free. This means that if you develop using a localhost domain, or TLDs/subdomains that are clearly development environments (*.dev, *.local etc) you will be good to go.

If you have any questions, or cannot get a development licence to work, just let us know.

Absolutely. If, within 30 days, you decide our plugin isn't right for you, you can request a refund in full.

But we are really nice people, so we will see if we can fix any issues you have first, and if the plugin works great, but you just aren't happy, we will probably ask you to help us to make it better for everyone else.

We test all our plugins using multiple themes and environments. As long as the theme you choose is well-coded and adheres to WordPress standards, our plugins will work.

However, we can't test with every theme, so if you run into any issues, just let us know. Sometimes we have to make really minor tweaks to make our plugins play perfectly with others. Which we love doing.

Yes, your subscription will renew automatically every year, unless you cancel it. If you do decide to cancel it, your licence will still be valid for the paid-for period; this means you will still receive updates and support during that time.
